You can only return items purchased from BRANDS EDUCATION only.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you purchased it upon our approval.
You are not returning an eBook/book without our approval.
You have not viewed or printed, in total, more than twenty percent (20%) of BRANDS EDUCATION e-book.
You have not used any included access codes for any online resource that came with your e-book purchase.
You have not previously returned the same e-Book/book from a prior purchase.
You have not returned a total of 3 or more e-books/books in the past 90 days across all of your BRANDS EDUCATION accounts.

All you need to do is contact BRANDS EDUCATION Support for assistance, and they will guide you through the process.
